This week is all about meat with Fergus Henderson as guest chef. To make it to the semi-final the cooks have to prove they can make exceptional food from the very finest cuts of meat and from the 'forgotten cuts', including bone marrow and tripe.
The cooks are challenges to cook sweet and savoury dishes that contain chocolate as an ingredient. Sweet chef, Eric Lanlard is on hand as dishes such as chocolate and stilton tarts and cupcakes are produced.
