After months of training bounty hunters across the US, the Chapmans return to Hawaii to find their own business in need of some TLC. Competitors have capitalized on the Chapmans' absence, Cecily has issued a 'pity' bond that has gone missing and a despondent convict seems on the verge of jumping bail unless Dog and Beth act quickly.
